Lynnette Kluver & Joan Regan Join MFH Board of Directors
December 12, 2016, Rockland, MA - - The Medicines for Humanity Board of Directors voted unanimously to welcome two new Board members, Lynnette I. Kluver and Joan M. Regan. The announcement was made following the November 2016 Board Meeting by Board Chairman and MFH Founder, Timothy. W. Bilodeau. “We are very excited and fortunate to welcome Lynnette and Joan to our Board. They have both demonstrated unselfish commitment to serving children in need during their successful careers. They are both ongoing major supporters of our MFH mission and projects.”
Ms. Kluver has many years of experience caring for and advocating for children. She has always been active in local church and community organizations, including the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club. After her four children graduated from high school, she retired from the business world to dedicate time to provide foster care to 32 children over seven years. During that time, she was also an Advocate Representative, evaluating care and providing court representation for other foster children. She is very passionate about protecting and helping children who cannot help themselves.
Ms. Regan brings a wealth of varied experience to the MFH Board. She combines an MSN degree in nursing and significant clinical hospital experience with several years of teaching experience as a member of the nursing faculty of several Massachusetts colleges. At the Roxbury Latin School, where she was Assistant to the Headmaster and Community Service Coordinator, she inspired and organized student fundraising efforts for MFH, and led student service teams to work at MFH projects in Jamaica.
